Nik had been running Hairzoom in Brisbane CBD for 25 years. The reputation was bulletproof. The website wasn't. Slow, dated, and falling apart on mobile - it was quietly costing him new customers every week.

What we built
Full rebuild in Next.js with a custom dark luxury aesthetic built around the brand. Frictionless contact flow, local SEO from the ground up - structured data, canonical URLs, OG tags - and permanent redirects from every old URL to protect his rankings.
